If you have added items to your shopping cart, but your cart remains empty when you attempt to check out, you may have to change the way your browser handles cookies. It only takes a few seconds to change your settings. Below you'll find instructions for a variety of browsers:
Windows: Internet Explorer 5
Select Internet Options from the Tools menu. Select Security and make sure the security level is set to Medium. Select Privacy and make sure the privacy level is set to Medium.
Windows: Internet Explorer 6
Select Internet Options from the Tools menu. Select the Privacy tab, then Cookies. Select Edit in the 'Websites - To override cookie handling for individual websites' box. Enter rccopyservice.com then click Allow. Our site will then appear on the list as an allowed site.
Netscape 6 (all platforms)
Select Preferences from the Edit menu. Select Advanced, then Cookies. Make sure Enable all cookies is selected.
Please make sure your computer's clock is set correctly as our store's cookies have expiration dates.
If you are accessing the web via a proxy server you may also experience problems if the proxy server deletes cookies automatically. Check with your organization's network administrator to determine if the proxy server may be a source of the trouble.
